Bible Quizzing
Each month during the school year, the teens compete against youth groups from other area Upper Peninsula churches in the area of Bible knowledge. Quizzing helps to motivate young people to dig deeper in God’s Word and provides fellowship with the youth from other churches. Victorian Pines
The teens minister monthly at a local assisted living home. The program includes special music and the preaching of God’s Word.
Wednesday Night Teen Time
On Wednesday nights at 6:30p.m., the teens gather at the Sullivan’s home for an encouraging time of fellowship, games, and Bible study. All community teens are invited.
Summer Camps
Each summer, the youth group spends a week at a Christian camp for a time of refreshing as well as challenge from God’s Word. This is a wonderful time of fellowship, not only with those in the youth group, but also with other Christian teens from around the country. The youth group has attended camps at Northland Camp and Conference Center in nothern Wisconsin, The Wilds Christian Camp in Brevard, North Carolina, and Camp Canaanland in the eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Youth After Church
A few times a year, the youth group will meet together at the home of a member of the church after the evening service on Sunday for a time of food, fellowship, and a challenge from God’s Word.
